I needed a pair of heavy duty canvas pants for logging. These fit really nicely and are super tough and offer very good protection. They are not excessively heavy or stiff. Wearing these pants out is going to take awhile. They did seem to run a little long so ordering the next size up in length might be good. The waist fits to size.

As always carhartt makes quality gear and these pants are a perfect example of that. They fade and look better, they are thick and very warm in the winter especially with a layer under them. Fit wise my only issue is that I fall for the carhartt trap over and over because they last so long I forget that they run small. So I wear a waste size 36 and that's what I bought. These fit more like a 34. I can wear them but they are snug unless I wear them very high up on my waist. They also have no stretch so it's not something that fits comfortably snug it's like tight. They really should fix their sizing. The newer thinner carhart pants with stretch and all that other stuff seem to be accurate size wise but these guys have always been an issue. I'm probably going to go to a tailor to see if they can add elastic into the waste or something. Pockets, durability, overall look, are all great. I'm just annoyed that I have to get work pants tailored for them to be comfortable.

Love the material and they fit well

These are definately work pants, no casual about them. I work clearing trails so this is exactly what I needed. Fit is perfect. Loose fitting allow you to walk in these pants normally. A review said they bought it for Motorcycle riding. It is made of cotton and sliding down the road in these pants is insane, buy leather.

I've order these 3 times, trying to get a pair that actually fits comfortably around the waist, I usually wear a 32W, and the recent pairs I purchased, I ordered them in 34, and still an EXTREMELY tight fit. Love them other than that though.

I like them so much and bought two pair. I wear these during winter driving commercial truck out for delivery services.

These pants are perfect for work and comfortable. There is as stiffness that can be add concern but the protection of this material is pleasant.

I bought these for my son for his welding school. All the ones we found locally either were too long or weren't duck canvas. The material is super thick.

These aren't worth the hassle unless you can try them on in person. I'm 5'8 165, I wear a 33x30 in the other 6 pairs of Carhartts I own, I literally had to get a 38x30! In these, just to match, then the legs are like clown pants even after multiple washes. Waste of money. Get the straight fit version that they only sell on their website, way better.

Husband wears these when he rides his new Harley. He said they were comfortable, fit well and offer adequate protection.

These are my go to pants for maintenance and welding. This pair is ACTUALLY MADE IN THE USA. They did run a little bit small around the waist so I had to get the next size larger but the exchange was super easy.

Nice looking pants fits perfect. The only dislike I was hoping the material was like jeans. The pants are hard as card board and very stiff and uncomfortable. Cheap material

The for is extra small in the waist order at least 2 size bigger

Orders a 42 waist: that should be a 22in measure laying flat-these were just delivered amp; measure less than 21, mor like 19 1/2, so it would be a 39w: Carhartt going downhill.
