I have owned a Primo Jr. since 2009. I am happy with my grill and use it at least once a week even in the snowy times of year. First update to grill was for the new hinge assembly. That made big improvement with opening and closing lid. Next was this new Precision and Control upgrade. Install was easy once you clean the grill out and get organized to remove and install new pieces. This biggest improvement is the draft door on lower section of grill. Much smoother operation and now draft door can be removed and the tracks it slides in can easily be cleaned when sliding motion gets sticky. The top dome exhaust damper is nice too. Like that both have graduations on them which help you get the best temp control when grilling. Only downside is that the top moves around too much and has come off sometimes when I first try to open it when starting the grill up. The original lid was secured with a screw and nut which prevented this. I have purchased new felt and re applied felt to top to try to get a tighter seal. Still loosens up and can come off when trying to open lid after it gets sticky from prior cook. Other than that, worthwhile upgrade to grill.
