Order a size bigger. I’m always an 8 but they didn’t fit my feet at all. My friend lent me her size 9 in this same heel and they fit.

I bought these for my pole dancing class. I had to size up and I'm glad I did because they definitely ran small. These are super comfortable and don't hurt my feet. To stretch them out, I would take a blow dryer and mold your foot it.
