The phone and the remote phone just work. Takes a few minutes going over the menu items to get everything in sync but it’s all there.

My neighbor recently went into a nursing home and was finding it difficult to use their phone with a small buttons and she couldn’t hear out of the phone. This phone is easy to program easy for her to use for her to recognize and not a whole lot for her to mess up, so much for making it she loves it

I bought this 1 bc it seemed to be a good choice for seniors, and it does have a very loud ring, and large numbers. We just got it so don't know how it'll hold up. Our only complaint is that the setting up is kind of complicated, we pretty much gave up.

It's loud and it works well for my Dad, but the main reason I bought it was because it should be able to sync with his hearing aid. It could not be sync'd. iPhone will sync, but this will not.
