With the Link2Cell you get the flexibility of taking calls on both your landline and cell phone! Pair up two Bluetooth-enabled cell phones and experience the same high-quality sound you'd expect from an amplified phone or pair one cell phone and use as a landline. Has Class 1 Bluetooth for extended range and power. Built-in battery back-up with a fully charged handset provides up to 13 hours talk time and 9 days standby. NI-MH rechargeable batteries are supplied in the base and handsets. The Link2Cell is the only amplified phone that we carry that also alerts you to incoming text messages.

Picked up this set for my elderly Mom, she had a old panasonic set that she had constant issues with(hearing/static/ lost calls, her numb fingertips would hit buttons, yikes).No problems with this new set and I waited a month before reviewing. I do not know if it is due to the deeper/fatter hand piece or the shape of the ear cup, whichever, it is working.. Maybe it is the DECT, wavelenght thing that solved it. Probably all of these things is what makes it better for the elderly.I am not a expert, she is not using any of the extra features, she just needed a phone that works and this is it.

My sisters and I love this phone for my hard of hearing father. The only trick is to make sure he uses it in speaker phone mode. Sound is loud and clear. Buttons are not too complex either

Best volume and sound quality in a home phone that I have found. Much sturdier than most phones. It even came with the power and phone line already installed. Excellent range. Much better than other Panasonic phones I've tried.

Bought this for my mother who has macular degeneration as well as hearing loss. She is delighted with this! Larger numbers, larger viewing screen, excellent volume boost. Additionally, the quality is good on the other end of the phone as well - she sounds much clearer than her previous phone. Highly recommend!

My Mother-in-Law needed an updated home phone system so I searched and located this one with available extra handsets and features suitable for the hard-of-hearing. This model also has an extensive dialing directory, a large display, hearing aid support, and handles extra handsets for additional rooms, a very useful feature. It has a built-in call reject feature that's preprogrammed with many common nuisance numbers plus a button for you to easily add new ones to your list. Each handset has its own battery backup, good for more than a year. I put a handset in every room except her bathrooms. There was a learning curve with their newness, but I believe that she has it down now and enjoys the increased clarity.
