I selected this brand because the ingredients list showed organic corn, but that’s not reflected on the packages I received. Im glad it’s certified non-gmo but would like to see the listing match what the product is.

This mix has no sugar added to the mix! I don’t like sweet cornbread! Needs some sugar to brown up but not a half cup! This cornbread has enough of everything add your eggs water and maybe a tablespoon of sugar! Perfect gluten free cornbread! Texture is perfect too!

This is our favorite cornbread ever! I’ve made other mixes and recipes from scratch but none compare, Pamela’s cornbread is our favorite hands down. The texture is not too moist, not too crumbly, and the flavor is wonderful! Highly recommend.

What I like in particular is there’s no added sugar. Gives you the option to add your own amount or use a no calorie substitute, which I did. Whole heartedly recommend.
