Outset 76544 Pizza Paddleboard Verde, Price/each

These "pizza peels" are not intended to be used to remove pizza from the oven, although I suppose you could try -- they do not have the kind of tapered edges designed to slip under a pizza. But they are superior as cutting boards and for serving 12" pizzas hot after being removed from the oven -- like the typical DiGiorno or Red Baron store-bought frozen pizzas or homemade pizza. They are thick and durable (they are heavier than they look), and hard to believe they're made from recycled paper material. They do not absorb oil or grease from melted cheese and rinse cleanly under running water. I highly recommend them. I wish they also came in 16" or 18" diameters for the homemade pizzas I bake.

We have an Ooni pizza oven and love to have guests over to make various pizzas to enjoy together. We purchased 4 of these so that several pizzas could be prepped and cooked and they worked great! Used to prep the pizza and toppings before cooking, and also for slicing and serving. The size and handle length worked really fantastic for our purposes!

I like this pizza paddle. It is lightweight and easy to use, however we bake our pizzas at 450, so unfortuantely I still have to use an aluminum peel to remove our pizzas, then place it on the board for serving. It is convenient for cutting on, then serving guests so I still rate it highly.

I love pizza and eat it quite often so I wanted to get a pizza paddleboard to lay the pizza on once it is cooked. I'm particularly a fan of Ristorante pizzas (yes I eat a whole one to myself) and this paddle board is the perfect size to fit those. They are smaller thinner pizzas so keep that in mind but the board is great for medium to small sized pizzas!

This is a very nice pizza "paddle board". Much better and sturdier than I had expected. Looks very nice too. An excellent and thoughtful gift idea for any pizza lover. Makes removing a (small- medium sized) pizza from the oven a breeze. And I make a lot of pizzas on a regular basis. Obviously not for cooking on, but definitely works for its intended use. This pizza board is nice to look at, smooth to the touch, and has a bit of weight to it that makes it feel high quality and luxurious. Although I haven't truly got it dirty yet and thus haven't needed to scrub it yet, I have given it a preliminary wash and it feels like it will be very easy to keep clean. It does not feel like it will warp or fall apart overtime (like many wooden cutting boards do.) It's made of compressed recycled paper products and it feels like laminated wood surfaces (think mass produced furniture with smooth finishes.) Included are photos of the board brand new, showing the label, a photo of the label removed (easily in one piece! No residue), and a comparison photo with some of my pans. Note that I am a 5'4 woman, so individuals with particularly large hands may find that the handle is a little short. In the third photo you can see that it fits perfectly into the smaller of my two pizza pans (which itself fits prefectly inside my XL pan) and I've also included a standard 6-cop muffin tin for further reference.
