My wife and I went to this famous seafood restaurant and ordered the oyster platter. Onced we received our food, I realized I could make the same thing at home. I ordered this oyster platter and haven't looked back. The platter gives the oysters that restaurant look and most importantly, taste! We ordered two more!

We love oysters and my husband loves to smoke meats. We wanted to try this to see if we could smoke our own oysters. This was easy, fun and delicious to eat. Worked well!

Heavy duty cast pan, used several times on grill and works great! Cleaned it and oiled it and it works for what I intended. Will most likely get another for using both at same time for 24 grilled oysters or clams
