Built pretty cheap (jaws aren't THAT parallel) and the jaws don't open very wide, which I suppose is a compromise of this type of pliers, but provides much better grip than regular pliers on certain objects. The handles don't have much grip though, and can be pretty slippery. You can probably think of a time when parallel jaw pliers would've been useful to have.

I didn't understand what the measurement meant on this tool, turns out these are really small.
