Built pretty cheap (jaws aren't THAT parallel) and the jaws don't open very wide, which I suppose is a compromise of this type of pliers, but provides much better grip than regular pliers on certain objects. The handles don't have much grip though, and can be pretty slippery. You can probably think of a time when parallel jaw pliers would've been useful to have.

Hard to find good truly parallel pliers. These look they're nice 'old school' quality. Hope to get many years of use out of them. thank you.
