Followed the directions using milk and egg. Great flavor and the 1st pancake came out perfect. The second however was more of a challenge as the batter puffed up a bunch and was not liquid enough to pour/cook evenly in the skillet. It was still edible and tasted good, just a difficult texture to work with.
