Great for sprinting and has been great for up to 10k runs. The shoes are very springy and are good for heel/mid impact runners. I have fell in love with these shoes and are very lightweight. Good competition running shoe.

Shoes arrived in original box brand new Size 10. Put shoes on and ran a very comfortable 24 min 5K run on the road. Some of the softest sole shoes that propel me forward and encourage me to run fast. I was planning on running a slow 10min/mile pace and ended up running 7:30min/mile pace against my will. I feel it is hard to run slow in these shoes. Downside, the soles are so soft, I feel like the lifetime of these shoes are limited to under 200 miles. I'm 5'9 and 170 pounds, these shoes take the stress off my ankles and work my calves more than usual which I like due to the 5mm drop. Another downside is the rubbing of outside seam when cornering in this shoe. It could cause abrasions if you run on the track or take a lot of corners. I would recommend bending the outside seams outwards to make it less ridged and flexible. See 3rd picture circled in RED. This stopped the rubbing for me. Great shoe, if it goes on sale I may get another set!

I have never run in super shoes before. For a long time now I've run as a means to lose weight and stay healthy. That being said, running had not been my "sport." I ran without any methodology - I ran slow and increase mileage as I felt I could. Only recently did I develop a love for running (after ten years off and on running!) With that came real training and actual races...and shoes. I have a pair of trainers for my everyday runs and a pair of trainers that are softer for long runs and recovery runs. I needed race shoes. Enter this pair of super shoes. The first time hitting the pavement with these shoes felt like such a different experience. It was like I was bouncing as I ran! They're incredible. The one problem with these shoes is what everyone has mentioned - there is a weird bit at the tongue? Top? End? Of the laces where chaffing can occur. It hasn't for me but I certainly feel it. It's strange that this wasn't noticed and fixed during testing. That aside, I still recommend these shoes. They truly feel great and I feel confident taking them out for my faster efforts and for races. I wrote this 13 weeks ago but apparently never posted. I just ran my 10k race and got a PR. These shoes served me so well on that run. I will definitely be getting another pair as these one heads towards the end of its life and I train for the next 18 weeks for the half marathon.

I can see why people think they are hard to lace up. The thing is they have a stretchy Tongue on them that already keep the shoe tight. So unlike other shoes you have to be care because it is easy to tie to tight. Ran my first marathon in them and my feet feel great. My other running shoes my feet always hurt after 10 mile runs. I would definitely buy these again.

En marcas como saucony la talla que uso es 8.5 y me queda perfecta, pero en new balance la talla 8.5 me queda muy muy ajustada, no s si solo sea en este modelo en especifico.

First pair of carbon runners and well I love the shape of the plate and its curves. It molds well with my feet giving me more propelling force. It’s bouncy and airy. Built in A/C for my toes. But the sock like material is thin. The laces make for an uncomfortable long distance running shoe if you have veiny feet like I do. Unless you find something to prevent the laces from restricting blood flow, then these are for fast short distances at best.

The shoes are good, as a pro runner nothing wrong to say, but for whoever want to buy get a 1/2 size up.
