This stuff will cause you to have nightmares. It's worth a try, but start out with 1/4 or 1/2 tablet, and skip doses regularly. (It seems to build up in your system.)

first night nothing new. second night 4 hours uninterrupted sleep followed by 3 more. Wake up a little groggy but ok after a few minutes. Good sleep is important for overall health we all know that, and I have been concerned about that for a long time. It's nice not to be angry when I wake up.

I prefer the 100 mg pill which features Magnesium, and B vitamins. I take one on the days when I have way too much work. They help me to remain calm and focused even if I had a little too much caffeine. A very good product and it is natural. I do NOT take every day. I feel it is important to allow your own body to take care of itself. This product has made a difference, though, so if you think you may benefit, by all means try it.
