I'm usually a 7.5 in men and I got a 8 still a little snug I 8.5 would of been perfectNot tight at all though around ankle very comfy shoes over all just get a size bigger

now after a bit of use, I'm pleased with the shoes but on the first week of use, it got my left toe swollen and hurt, my toe nail became blue and I couldn't train.after some use, it fits well and I like it.but you should know that the toe box is VERY narrow

Purchased these wrestling shoes for my son. He wears a size 9 shoe typically. And he got a size 10 1/2 wrestling shoe. These for him good.

my shoe size is about a 7 to a 7 1/2 men's. I got these exactly at 7 1/2 and realized that they are way too small. I should've gotten a size 9 and they would've fit.

We tried on a team members pair before ordering- and they were a fullSized larger than what he normally wears- ordered the same size his friend had and a perfect fit!My son normally wears a 12 to 12.5 and we ordered a 13.5 SNUG FIT bit great shoe

Highly recommend wrestling shoes. The tight fit makes it great to wrestle in. The shoes also come with strap that prevents the shoes laces from getting untied.
