I'm usually a 7.5 in men and I got a 8 still a little snug I 8.5 would of been perfectNot tight at all though around ankle very comfy shoes over all just get a size bigger

now after a bit of use, I'm pleased with the shoes but on the first week of use, it got my left toe swollen and hurt, my toe nail became blue and I couldn't train.after some use, it fits well and I like it.but you should know that the toe box is VERY narrow
