- Simply wrap a 6 Inch PSA disc around a perfectly sized pad
- The result was more than was expected

- No trimming, no waste and every square inch of the disc available for sanding just wrap it and rock
- A radius edge provides the perfect surface for sanding contours and ridges
- The soft outer pad surface forms a perfect bond to the paper and gives just enough for detailed jobs
- Plus, it won't load up with sanding dust
- A rigid inner layer maintains pad shape and completely eliminates transfer of finger marks through the pad

This item is good for scuff flexible for painting. Great for sanded round items. This item is a lot harder than this: 3M 05526 | No.20 Wet/Dry Sponge Pad

Use this block mostly for wet sanding clear coats. But works awesome for and paint and body work. Going through the clear coat sanding process I start with a hard block and straighten up the orange peel, and then use the harder side of of this block as I go through upper grits of paper. As I get into the 2000, 2500, and 3000 grits I will use the soft sid of the block. Awesome sanding block!
