Product Description
Meyenberg evaporated goat milk is a concentrate made by removing half the water from our fresh whole goat milk. Cooks love it for the special flavor nuance it adds to recipes like fudge and caramels. It's also a rich creamer that's great in coffee. A wholesome natural treat.
Shake well before opening: For normal use, dilute with equal parts water (1 can water + 1 can evaporated milk = 24 fl. oz. whole goat milk). Refrigerate unused portion and use within five days.
Evaporated Goat Milk can be used for drinking, over cereal, baking confections, and in any recipe calling for milk.
** If you have been diagnosed with either true cow milk allergy or lactose intolerance be sure to consult your medical professional before drinking goat milk
Shelf Life: Once the can is opened, we recommend use within 5 to 7 days. Store at the back of the refrigerator for optimum storage quality and keep in an airtight container.

I’m a little ticked off. My son was on this for months and I did not know it has disodium phosphate in it, did not know what that was and just recently looked it up. I wonder if that is why he had stomach issues for the past few months until I stopped it. It says it can cause abdominal pain, irritation. I’m so upset. Why would they add that. I would say stick to the non can ones or a different brand of goat milk. Only noticed this recently as he would have diarrhea frequently . It’s the only thing that makes sense

I like the convenience of having a bulk delivery of evaporated goat milk. I use it to make hot chocolate. I've tried the refrigerated product and it is also very good.

It seems that there was a mistake on a review. I don't know what was wrote or whom wrote the last review under my name, but this is a great product and if I had more funds I would buy much more of this Product.
