Honda gen-10 civic AC condensers are useless so after my free replacement from the dealer also got perforated I decided I would buy a reputable condenser and do it myself. After buying this MGS and doing the job myself, the AC continues to function years later and the job cost only about a third of what I would have given the dealer (who would only have charged a ton for another crap AC condenser). What's not to like? Mastercool makes very good high quality stuff, also -- this is not a use once and throw away product.

I used this as a back up for my polar tec that is in the shop. Pulled vacuum old school way, charged system from 10 lb rf1234 container sitting on refrigerant scale. Repair blows cold air!

I am pretty upset upon receiving this item. One of the reviewer noted that the yellow hose fitting is left hand threaded; yes I read and knew that before I ordered but the vacuum adapter in my order is right handed. I sat there, trying to put the two together frustration because it won't screw in. That's when I looked closely and found the adapter was right handed. I then have to order the right one which is some four days later that I could not complete the job I set out to do

It works as it should and it got the job done. There were no leaks when I pulled a vacuum. No issues when using it. The tool is packaged in a plastic bag which I do not like.
