I only bought this socket because so many reviewers said that it was a big help in removing the high-side Schrader valve like I have on my '03 Chevy Silverado. It did work, but realistically it was a totally unnecessary tool that was really not needed for me to remove the valve. A pair of pliers or a Cresent wrench would have worked just fine to remove the old valve and replace the new one.

A very useful tool to remove and install car a/c high side. It fits older Dodge Caravan or Plymouth Voyager as well.

Waste of money, it rounded out and got stuck on the new ac fitting! I had to take it completely back apart and press the fitting out. I thought the fitting had rounded, nope! The socket did

I was able to remove the fitting from my 98 chevrolet, but not without some slipping of the socket. Even on the brand new fitting when torqueing it slipped and was difficult to achieve correct torque. Maybe there is a better option if being used regularly

good a/c fitting tool to have snug fit and pretty sturdy, feel strong enough to last and fits 3/8 dr. SWEAT BE GONE !

This socket fits the GM high side air conditioning valve. It makes installation very simple.

Perfect fit for my 2013 Silverado. I probably could have used something else... but I didn't want to risk damaging the line. This socket fit perfectly, and made simple work of unscrewing the old valve, and installing the new one. I threw it into my AC tools, if I ever need it again.

Trust me you need these. Used in my 99 silverado 5.3 with HU6 Harrison AC system Used it on my 03 Tahoe 5.3 with Denso AC system too. Sadly there is no torque rating
