This is a quality built muffler. Used this on 05 yukon xl 8.1L. No drone at hiway speed, good sound at idle.1mpg gain towing. Not exactly a direct replacement but close enough to make work.

Has a bit of drone at 2000 rpm. I used it as a factory replacement on a 2005 GMC sierra 2500hd with the 6.0. It fit decently well with a bit of persuasion on the factory pipes. I did notice about 1.5 mpg increase from 10.5 to almost 12. Overall I'm happy with the sound now that it's broken in a bit and the drone has calmed down some.

I bought this for my 2004 GMC Sierra 2500HD because I wanted something a little louder than stock but not annoying. It is louder than stock but not by much. They are supposed get louder as they break in. I would have liked something slightly louder but I don't want drone. It does drone some at around 1900 rpm. The quality is good and the inlets were close to my factory pipes. I ran 2.5' duals out behind the tires.

Quality muffler. Cats deleted on a 99 Tahoe with a 350 vortec. This muffler is quiet, but throaty when you're on the gas. It doesn't drone while cruising. The tone is deep. This is exactly what I wanted. I was initially worried that it would be TOO loud without the cats and this muffler, but it works fantastically. Thanks magnaflow.
