These are absolutely wonderful. What I like especially about them other than the taste, is that they're not breaded, the shallots are simply fried. They are a little pricey, but not really when you consider how much product they probably had to fry to get this yield. Absolutely recommend!

I love these shallots added to Salads, ramen, and homemade soup, on top or in. They also add a nice flavor to pasta sauce as well. I've yet to try them in a sandwich, which I will soon.
