SAE AS22759 wire is a fluoropolymer insulated, single-conductor wire offering excellent performance for a variety of military aerospace and commercial applications. It has high performance and reliability in severe wind and moisture prone (SWAMP) zones such as engine nacelles as well as areas requiring overload stability, low smoke emission and fire resistance, such as aircraft cabins.
SAE AS22759/34 wire is designed for aerospace and commercial purposes. This wire features a tin-plated copper conductor with cross-linked modified ETFE dual insulation that surrounds an aromatic polyamide braid to prevent fraying.

The copper coated aluminum is not what I would normally purchase. The description is accurate. I didn’t read the description simply because it is 3 paragraphs. I won’t make the same mistake again. Copper coated aluminum is not COPPER WIRE.

CCA wire and that is buried in the description. Useless for actual high amp draw applications. Should be top line in product name.

Insulation is loose on wire, and strands snap easily when worked with. Not suitable for applications that will be handled or connected/disconnected frequently. I discarded the spool and bought a wire with a more flexible feel and silicone insulation.

Not pure Copper. Don’t use for high amperage applications. Other than that it is just wire
