Product arrived VERY fast and in good condition. Super easy to assemble - didn't even need to read instructions.The stand is level (not warped) and everything works as it should. The trays slide smoothly and have a nice wrap around the sides so documents do NOT fall out - very important! I love the mail sorter on the top - it was exactly what I needed. The side holder is great for rigid items like folder files and the 2nd side container is great for pens and pencils and other small items. The top tray is perfect for letter openers, post-its, and frequently used business cards. This organizer was everything I was looking for. Great product for a reasonable price.

I am so excited about this purchase that I had to make a review right away. This is sturdy. It is well-thought-out, and I can't think of anything else that could be needed. Except, maybe .... more slots for folders at the top, but I dont know that that would be possible.I didn't even realize it came with a hook on the side to hold an extra book. That works perfectly for my meeting notes.And the price! This was so much more reasonably priced than any other similar items that didn't even have as many drawers/slots, etc..This 1 item is replacing all 3 items in the last picture.Best office purchase EVER!!

I purchased this for my job at a prison. I didn't look at the entire item once I got it. Once at work, which I needed permission to bring in, I took it out and realized the frame was mangled. It wobbles on a flat surface, the bottom basket can't be used. The box wasn't pristine but I would not have been able to tell it was so messed up.

I really like this because I always have a table, desk full of papers and cats so it helps me to keep some order. Many places to put stuff and makes it easier for me to find what I am looking for without having to move a cat. I keep a scissors , pens, glasses, glass wipers, nail file, nail clipper all handy. It works for me!
