They don't list them as impact sockets but I've used them on my impact gun no problem. They are a little thick, and I ended up buying a chrome set of 3/8 to supplement these. The plastic holder is easy to identify, and I guess they had to use it instead of a rail due to having multiple drives on one set.

I have not used these for very heavy work but on the projects that I have used them for they have worked flawlessly.
