Mission: The mission of Lexiam Heart Foundation is to provide support to children and families affected by Congenital Heart Defects, with priority given to families residing in New Mexico, through financial assistance, community resources to support education and emotional wellness, and to raise public awareness of Congenital Heart Defects. j
Target demographics: children and families affected by Congenital Heart Defects
Direct beneficiaries per year: We are currently involved with 120 families throughout New Mexico. We were able to provide financial support to 25 of those families last year and have already been able to help 20 families as of March 1,2020.
Geographic areas served: New Mexico
Programs: financial assistance, community resources to support education and emotional wellness, and by sponsoring activities that raise public awareness of Congenital Heart Defects. Memorial gifts are given to our Heart Angel families.
