Mission: To create opportunities for conservation of natural, scenic, recreational, historic and agricultural values of southwestern idaho's open spaces through collaborative efforts for current and future generations. The land trust identifies lands with special natural, scenic, recreational and agricultural values, and works with willing landowners to conserve these lands through acquisition, easement, education, and good stewardship.

Programs: Land conservation - work with private landowners on land and trail conservation projects

community outreach - building community support for open space through volunteerism, presentations, mass media, newsletter, film festival, video, web and social media.

stewardship of land and conservation easements - monitor existing easements. Conduct trail maintenance and habitat restoration.
