Unfortunately, I have 3 Ring cams amp; 2 doorbell cams. They go offline when temperatures are single digits and below 0, except for front door ring video since it's a little more protected corner. Please fix. Never again will buy.

This camera has not been able to detect or record motion since the day I bought it it seems like. I tried everything that the website recommended and still nothing so after giving up hope of it ever working I decided to give customer service a call. Went through many many steps to try to get it to record and all the steps I had already went through even the hard reset then I was told it needed a firmware update and that was last week so I called back today and they said the still trying to update. Anyway,supposedly they are reviewing my complaint and hopefully they send me a new one...

I bought this so my mom could watch her front door. She is older and this gives her a bit of comfort. I paired this with the Echo show, so she can see from her room upstairs what going on at her front door. I set it up and mounted it above her door. I am not real handy but this is so easy. She surprised me and figured out how to pair it to her TV downstairs she loves it!

Only down side is the battery dies soooo fast.. u can but 2 batteries or the satellite.. but I haven't purchased those as they are very expensive.. love the camera but if ur not going to buy the satellite charger or the extra batteries I wouldn't recommend getting this one..

After 5 years there is now water intrusion under the camera lens. What a shame manufacturers can't make products to last anymore. Was a great camera while it lasted for such a short duration.

I purchased this to cover my driveway and gate. I have several dogs. My gate was left open by someone before and all my pups got out. Thankfully we got them all home safely. But now I can easily monitor when anyone uses the gate. Plus making sure my vehicle is are safe too. I do snow removal and it's nice to be able to check the camera to see if anything is laying yet.

I love my cameras! Very clear pictures and you can zoom into things and it stays clear. Easy to install. If you want to go back and review footage YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY A SMALL MONTHLY FEE. My only complaint is that the batteries die pretty quickly, and if you have the camera's stuck up high you constantly have to keep going up to charge them. I wish I would have gotten wired ones.Quality: 10/10Easy to Use: 10/10Value: 10/10Recommended: Yes, but wired if possible.

I was told it was more powerful than a stick up camera and it's not true ,spent hours with them on the phone and the motion detection range is terrible. They claim 30 feet and it's more like 10-15 ft
