Not just for kids! These are a legit drawing/painting tool. Similar to oil pastels but bigger, cleaner and easier to use. They layer well. Some colors are transparent or translucent and some are fully opaque which gives you great flexibility to create interesting color effects!

The colors are perfect for portraits! Creamy paint, easy to blend and layer, fun to use, and they dry very quickly. Perfect for sketches or coloring!

I bought this for a kids' craft where we were making wooden gnomes. We live in a diverse area and I wanted kids to have the option to make their gnome whatever skin color felt best for them. My first time using paint pens and I can see why people buy these- they're way less messy than regular paint.
