Mission: To promote the development and preservation of decent housing that is affordable to very low, low, and moderate-income families in hawaii and the enhancement rehabilitation and preservation of kukui tower-beretania north.

Programs: The corporation was organized to acquire and operate kukui towers apartments, an apartment complex consisting of 380 rental units in honolulu, hawaii. The property was purchased in september 1996 in accordance with a plan of action under title vi of the low-income housing preservation and resident home ownership act of 1990 and is regulated by hud under section 236 of the national housing act as to rent charges, operating methods and other matters.
