First , let me just say this stuff I highly highly highly recommended buying this it has helped me so much to be able to move again Without pain every time I take a step. I have a torn meniscus in my knee and without this Type I couldn't do what I can do in my everyday life and that includes going to the gym. This tape was recommended by my knee doctor. If you know how to apply it correctly there is a wrong way and a right way that's what my Doctor has shown me If you apply it the right way, you can tell a major difference.nbsp;

My physical therapist recommended KT tape near my ankle after foot surgery to control swelling. It worked great and made my recovery much easier. I definitely recommend KT tape!

I am not sure why others say this doesn’t stick well because the adhesive is very strong! Hurts to remove from the skin because it sticks so well. Tape works as it should for pain. Definitely recommend!

This is the best tape I've found for the ball of my feet when I go on long walks. I tried athletic tape and while it stays in place for the most part, it has no give. I've tried the latex self adhesive tapes but they're a little rough and create friction and roll up if you don't make them super tight and when you do that, it cuts off circulation. Only thing I don't like is the price and that it leaves a sticky residue that I have to wipe off with alcohol or acetone.

This tape works exactly the way you would think a sports tape should work. Very light, breathable, durable, cuttable with plenty of grip.

This KT Pro Synthetic Tape with the lines on it is HORRIBLE. I normally get the KT Pro EXTREME Synthetic Tape with the signs on it is so much better. The one with the lines on the tape that is not Extreme started coming off a couple hours after I applied it. I've been using this KT tape on my knees for years and am trained on how to apply Kinesiology tape. Within hours 4 of the 6 strips were peeling off. I was so annoyed because it isn't inexpensive.

Absolutely jazzed about this KT tape! The adhesive is a total rockstarsticks like a dream and holds strong for days without budging. Whether I’m on the move or taking it easy, it stays right where I need it. Smooth application, no peeling drama, just pure support. I’m seriously impressed and so glad I grabbed this.
