This foaming soap dispenser lid performs well, with a 4 to 1 ratio water to soap. It fits the 500 ml mason jar however I found the "straw" to be a bit short for my jar. I will try with other jars too.

A bien fonctionn la premire semaine puis maintenant il fonctionne mais ne remonte plus seul. Il faut remonter la pompe vers le haut chaque utilisation. Dommage, je l’aimais bien.

Pop into a standard 2 cup mason jar with a lid locking ring and you're good to go (plus the foaming soap). Reduces the extra waste of plastics if you can purchase bulk foaming soap. Added "farmhouse" feel with the mason jar of choice. Ample foaming and soap distribution per pump. Somewhat strong spring so the 4yo finds it difficult to pump on her own so far. Happy with the pump.

This pump works great, just like the store-bought ones that come pre-filled with foaming soap. I tried it first with about an inch of regular dish-washing soap - that was a mistake. It sort of gummed up the pump, and nothing came out. But then I filled up the rest of the jar with water, and it worked like a charm (I was probably using a 5 to 1 ratio of water to dish soap). According to online sources, the correct ratio is about 3 to 1. The length of the straw means that this pump needs to go into a standard 500ml mason jar (not the tiny ones for fancy jams, and nothing taller). If you needed it to go into a shorter jar, you could always cut the plastic straw to the correct length. I'm really pleased about this clever pump!

Pour hand soap into a Mason jar, top with with the foamer, seal it with a Mason cover ring and get a fully functional foaming soap dispenser for a handful of dollars. Works great.

The Jarware Foaming Soap Dispenser Lid makes it easy to turn a mason jar into a soap dispenser. You do have to have the right size of jar though. The first jar I tried stuck up in the bottom middle so the tube would not fit in the jar. The second jar did work. I am not a canner, I just have old jars I got from my mother so I can't tell you what jars are what. It doesn't come with the rim which you have to supply. I am using a metal one but as it gets dripped on, I am afraid it will rust so I would recommend using a plastic one. It does make decent foam. I use watered down liquid soap.

I’ve been a long time user of Jarware products and own the original mason jar soap pump, which I’ve been using daily for the past 8 years and it’s still going strong. I was really excited to try out this foam soap pump. This soap pump fits specifically into the 500 ml regular mouth mason jar tops only. The 250 mL and 1L jars do not work with these pumps because the plastic straw is either too short to too long (but can be cut if needed), but fits the height of the 500 ml jar perfectly. This soap pump fits and works well to make foam soap. The reason I like using this soap pump is because I like to be able to easily refill soaps in a clear glass container, which isn’t something I can easily find to purchase on its own. Given how many mason jars we have and how inexpensive this soap pump is, it just makes sense to use this pump. Great for the kitchen and bathroom with a cottagecore vibe!

The Jarware foaming soap dispenser lid is a simple upgrade for regular-mouth mason jars. It's designed to fit 16-ounce jars from brands like Ball, Kerr, Kilner, and Anchor Hocking and I am sure more. The lid screws onto the jar rim securely without leaks. It seems to foam soap evenly and is easy to install. Just pop it onto the jar and tighten with a rim (not included). It is 3"x3"x7" and made of nylon. It is not dishwasher safe, only hand wash but its perfect for repurposing all the jars around the house and works perfectly. I would like to get one in black as well!
