Exactly right! In the age of global sweat-shop production, it is refreshing to see a product that is made exactly the same as it was when invented by the West. This drill press vice is not just a copy of one, but is an actual article that looks AND functions like a drill press vice. You know what I mean if you've ever received a product made in China that merely 34;looks34; like a thing but does not function like a thing.

Expected higher QC from a Wilton - knobs (both of them) fell off the handle. Not really worth sending it back since I can fix it myself, but sad and disappointing. You'll spend extra for this vise to get the Wilton name. IMHO, it's just another piece of Chinese-made junk. Not worth the extra $.

Lots of play in it. Knob on tightening handle fell off. Expected a lot more from a Wilton.
