Mission: JAFCO (Jewish Adoption & Foster Care Options) was established in 1992 to provide services to abused and neglected children in South Florida. Our mission is to care for abused, neglected and special needs children in the Jewish community, and to work in partnership with families and the entire child welfare community. JAFCO currently provides an entire continuum of programs and services for at-risk children and their families including: Children's Emergency Shelter, Group Home Program, Foster Care and Adoption, Family Preservation Program, Multi Systemic Therapy In-Home Program, Senior Caregiver Program, Independent Living Program, Forever Friends Mentoring Program, Special Needs Program.

JAFCO is a 501(c)(3) organization, with an IRS ruling year of 2004, and donations are tax-deductible.
