I recently purchased a backpack sprayer from Petra Tools, and I couldn't be happier with both the product and the customer service. When I encountered a small issue with the sprayer, I reached out to their support team and was fortunate enough to be assisted by Anna. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and thorough throughout the troubleshooting process. Thanks to her dedication, Petra Tools promptly replaced my sprayer, and I'm back to using it without any issues. My pump went out on my 40 gallon sprayer. Used tech support to troubleshoot. Nathan was excellent and very helpful. A new pump is on its way!

Value for money: Sprayer worked great, until it didn't. Used maybe 5 times. Then, it developed some kind of electrical short. Pump would come on when power was off. Have to remove the battery to get it to turn off now. Has to be a bad pressure switch or a short of some kind. Not worth the money to use five times.

Love my sprayer. I have sprayed mulch glue and weedkiller with no issues. I did have an issue with the sprayer at some point and I contacted the number on the sprayer. Anne helped me troubleshoot the issues and then after discovering the pump had failed she sent me one without question. Not only do I recommend the sprayer but I also recommend their customer service.

This is a great addition to any equipment you use to spray weeds. With 4 gallons of spray it is on the heavy side but I would not go any smaller. Works as well as any mounted spray tank.

Truly sad. For a company that is pushing they are USA there product is 100 China but they charge as if it was a quality product and it is not it is JUNK. First off, I spray I am not a weekend warrior. This product is not going to hold up to any serious use. I only purchased because it had the cart option and they are screaming that they are a USA company. This product is the 4000 with cart option it is low quality do not purchase will not last. Look at Field King Promax it is quality made that is what I normally use but I thought I would give this one a try boy was I wrong.

I live in Las Vegas and we have bark scorpions and other insects. I had a manual 4g backpack sprayer and between the front, back and side yard I use 8 gallons. By the end of the application my arm felt like it was going to fall off.nbsp; Bought this last week and did my yard, 8 gallons of bug juice and it was effortless.nbsp; The sprayer was well packaged, instructions were very clear for assembly and I am very happy with the purchase.

Edit: the new battery didn't solve the issue so I called and spoke with Christina. She was ever bit as pleasant and helpful as Annie and was able to send me a whole new sprayer! This company definitely stands behind it's product and doesn't make you jump through hoops to get resolution! I bought mine last season (love it, by the way) and had a battery issue this year. I texted customer service on a Saturday night and had a response from Anne Sunday morning (on Father's Day!). She asked a couple of questions, diagnosed the problem, asked for the PO number and the new part is headed my way. No fuss, just great service!

I broke my wand just a few days after getting my sprayer. I called the 800 number and Kristina answered. She was so very pleasant and put a new want in the mail for me free of charge! I love the sprayer it is very easy to use and I was worried about it being too heavy. But I thought it worked out very well!! Would recommend to anyone!!

Used the sprayer all last summer. Long battery life and great tip selection. Got it out this year to spray and it didn't work. No power. Charged and still did not work. Called Petra for help and they are sending a new battery out at no charge. Anne amp; Nathan in customer service were quite helpful.

Worked great out of box, already charged. Came back a month later when ready to actually use (to deal with mosquitos etc.) and was not getting enough pressure. Called customer service and Christina was super helpful, determined a faulty device and sent a replacement device within a matter of days. Thanks Christina and Petra! This thing is a beast and works flawless now!
