Plantains are a cousin of the banana, and are often eaten as an alternative to potato chips as they are lower in sodium and higher in vitamins A, C and K. Most of all, plantain chips have two to three times more fiber than potato chips.

I love plantain chips, this have the perfect kick, not too mild but not spicy enough for my kids to not like it. I've bought them 3 different times and will keep on buying them as long as they sell them.
