The two boxes arrived on time and in excellent condition. The small box was nested inside the larger box. Each was in its own individual bubble wrap for protection, and they were in a nice cardboard box. There was a strong chemical smell, maybe the wood glue. I had to put them in a different room overnight, but the next day the odor had dissipated and is no longer an issue. We didn't need two boxes, but it's a nice set anyway. We just wanted something to store our remote controls when we aren't home because our dog thinks everything is a chew toy. I needed a box that has a latch, so that the contents will be secure inside if the dog knocks it over with her powerful tail. This fits the nicely. nicely. Worth the price.

Well what can I say the top does not close well, the hinges in the back a loose! Not worth the money at all!

Boxes are ultra cheap construction. Rear hinges would never last any real use, and the tiny wood screws were already torn out in one of the hinges when I received it. Even if I could find them I wouldnt bother putting it back together again.

These boxes are actually better built than the ones you'd typically find at the craft store, with the added bonus that you don't have to stain them yourself! I've already filled them up. No complaints.

The boxes arrived on time and packaged really well. They are so beautiful. Just as described and look exactly like the picture, The sizes are perfect and great for storing small to medium trinkets and keepsakes. Or you can just leave them out for looks! They are very beautiful and well made. I love the locks and keys that come with it, and they work fine. I love my boxes and will be recommending to others.

i got these boxes to hold my jewelry accessories and bracelets. they work perfectly for this and look good on my dresser. they are great boxes with a simplistic design and so affordable and sturdy.

The size was perfect. The smaller box doesn't stay open real easily, but that's not a deal breaker - it stays open, just not as easily as other boxes I've had.

I used these boxes to store chess pieces. I liked that there were two sizes for a smaller set and a full tournament size set. They are basic boxes but the staining is good, the color nice and dark. The clasp on the front works well and closes tightly. Its a good value. You can easily pay a lot more for boxes like this unless you want to buy them unfinished and stain them yourself and who has the time. I'm satisfied with them.
