My favorite candy is mounds, however the price of candy is ridiculous so I decided to make my own from a recipe I found on the Internet. I cannot begin to tell you how well this worked. So easy to use and tasted even better and very little work. It was so much fresher than store bought and the texture was perfect.

The taste is amazing. I used it to coat homemade chocolate truffles. The best part is you don't have the stringy coconut. The size of each piece is small and perfect. Still has the coconut texture and amazing taste. Will definitely buy again.
