The Homecraft Padded Transfer Bath Bench prevents users from having to step over the edges of bathtubs, allowing for safe lateral transfers into the tub. Eliminating the risk of slipping and falling, users can sit, slide and lift their feet over the edge. This bath aid is ideal for people with limited mobility due to injuries, surgeries, or disabilities. Measuring 23" W - 15 1/2" D, the padded seat is both waterproof and cushioned for enhanced user comfort.
The transfer bench is height adjustable, allowing users to account for differences between floor and bathtub height. With tool-free assembly of the legs, the transfer bench adjusts from 17 1/2" - 22" in one-inch increments. With an elliptical arm for additional support during transfers, the seat measures 10" from the arm.
The rust-resistant aluminum bench has a unique "A" frame design that ensures maximum stability and safety. It also features large suction-cup feet to provide extra security on wet surfaces. The sturdy backrest of the bench is reversible to accommodate any bathroom setting and both left- and right-hand transfers. The padded bath seat and backrest can easily be wiped clean with soap and water or mild disinfectant.
