I transitioned my jenday conure from a lesser quality larger pellet to these by mixing and reducing other brand now my conure loves the fine texture ones and I love it because there is very little waste or mess since they are fine and don't explode all over when he bites them so actually I'm saving alot of money with no waste and nothing outside of the cage to clean. My parrot looks better than ever. Highly Recommend!!!!!!!!

One of the best bird foods! I have fed all my parrots this and their feathers are beautiful, they get decent nutrition from this along with daily veggies. Highly recommend, but to start use high potency pellets first. My cockatiel and budgies like super fine. My conure likes fine pellets. And my quaker parrots like the coarse blocks.

Our parrot loves this. It's a good balanced diet. If you are switching your parrot from seed start slow and use 2 bowls one with old food one with knew. When you start seeing a change remove the seed and only use seed as a treat.

I inherited an approx. 40-year-old Goffin's Cockatoo when my mother amp; father both passed away. They had always fed him mixed seeds along with fresh fruit and veggies every day. But he is a very picky eater and very set in his ways and will only eat about 3 different kinds of veggies and 2 fruits, so I worried about him getting proper nutrition. So I replaced the small seeds in his seed mix with this food so that he had to root around in it to get to the sunflower seeds. He can be stubborn so it took several days, but he finally tasted it and realized he liked it! ! Fast forward several weeks, I am now putting a separate bowl of it in his cage and he most times prefers it over his sunflower seeds!! And he doesn't throw it out like he does the seeds because there are no empty shells getting in his way!! We both love it!!
