I bought this for my husband and I after some investigation into natural mental health support. We've been burning at both ends for quite some time and overall have had a VERY trying to start to this year. After he confided in me how burnt out he felt/apathetic I figured we had nothing to lose but lots to gain. I take 1 capsule in the morning and he takes 2. We both feel like DIFFERENT PEOPLE! The control I have over my emotions is improved, I've been able to focus like never before and even the way we communicate has been impacted in a positive way: not to mention our moods have greatly improved for the better. I can't believe we went so long without this supplement, never again!

I was experiencing severe burnout symptoms from long term stressors. I was desperate and my usual antidepressants weren’t helping. So I started researching and was reintroduced to adaptogentic herbs. I learned there are herbs that are good specifically for burnout and will nourish my adrenals and calm cortisol levels. I took 2 in the morning and I started to feel the effects within 30 minutes. My mood lifted, my brain was clearer and I found myself up and cleaning my depressing bedroom. I found myself motivated to recommit to my goals. I felt so hopeless at one point and this gave me a huge boost of hope. I’m usually a very passionate, creative and ambitious woman. I look forward to being myself again. I’ve been taking it for a few days now and feel more and more healed as the days go by. I may increase to the full dose if I feel the effectiveness taper. I was down bad for 2 months, no work or anything going but pajamas and bed head lol. I literally had nothing to give. But this is bringing my spark back. Thank you!!

this is my favorite supplement. It helps me wake up, have energy, and keep mental focus. I take them every morning and more if I'm tired or have a big evening event I need to be alert for. The BEST!
