Godinger 19901 Rectangular Tray 14-1/4 x 11, Price/each

I bought it to go with Godinger hotel silver Tea Coffee set but it is does not match. I relied on the description that says silver under color feature. Well, one could argue till cows come home what silver is or means comes to color and I don't want to do that.I only want to point that this is BEAUTIFUL solid tray, it is stainless tray and it is well made and has a good style however it is NOT silver color as of actual silver as in element or jewelry so if you are buying as a tray knowing what you are pairing it with you may still absolutely love it for the elegance and charm it adds to any setting. It is just not great to pair with silver set as it clashes. I guess it is fine for serving such pair but for display alone I would say no. The Godinger has different totally square edges silver plated tray of this size that works better with actual silver or silver plated set that works well.I do like it and as it just arrived and it is not what I expected as I hoped it is silver-plated feel to itI am looking for the purpose for this tray and I think it will look great for my upstairs water stationto protect a surface of the cabinet on which I like to keep my night water carafes and few good sparkling bottles and some glasses.It think it would work well with your nice descanters and some gin bottles and such as well.other then that great seving tray for couple of teacups and a creamer sugar dishes.This tray is VERY ELEGANT.it is WELL MADEIT is BEUTIFLLY finished.SURFACE is impeccableEDGES are nice and rounded.STYLE is very forgiving and goes with lots of things.It fits any style from modern to traditional.GREAT product and very well made.
