These are great. I actually used them to make a trophy. I put silicone in the holes where the eyes are and filled the thorax with honey. They are super high quality with good weight to them. The metal isn't cheap either. Very happy.

When these arrived I was confused. They resembled a house fly much, much more than a bee. I used some glass paint and painted black and yellow stripes on them and theyre perfect!!!

Really like these salt and pepper shakers. Yes the eyes are a little big but I tell the children to shake in their hand. The do look more like flies then bees but the are unique and fun. They are nice and heavy in the hand.

They are well made as that is what I would expect from Godinger.. I will most likely just use them at dinner party's.. as far as what kind of bug it looks like that is each to its own...
