I BOUGHT THESE TO REPLACE A FEW I HAD LOST FROM MY BRAKE LINE TOOL THEY WORK GREAT EXACTLY LIKE THE ORIGINALS!

If you're careful, you can also use these to put a small bulge on the end of a tube to act as a hose barb; I use them for that as much as anything else. I've had others which were too tight on the inside of the tube, and were hard to remove; these appear to be just loose enough.

It worked to make a flare and continues to work on my truck but it wasnt a perfect flare and i wasnt sure if it would make a seal. For a small job like mine just 2 flares it was sufficient.

Excellent product for the price. The dies appear to be machined - hardened steel, and were delivered as pictured. They fit well in my Rigid flaring tool, and do the job they were designed to do.Beware of kits that appear to be chrome plated or are mild steel. They won't last...

Works great for double flaring. I bought a kit that didn't have these flaring bit. This does the trick for double/single flares in a pinch. Worth the money.
