If you love macarons and love to make them then this pan is for you. If you make macrons you know you can pipe each side on to a pan but its not perfect and macarons are all about perfection. This pan takes you one step closer to perfect in terms of perfect circle, consistent diameter. The pan is also non-stick so each half slides off easily. I recommend this for any macaron baker

This mini macaron pan is the perfect replacement for me. I have been free handing the size of my macrons and they come out different sizes which makes for unpleasant looking macarons. This pan makes 15 macrons (it has 30 little holes) With this pan, it has groves so you know how much batter to fill it so each macron comes out the same size. It's also great the pan is PTFE/PFOA free, but it does require hand washing. Now im excited to make my next batch with this pan.

This pan is good for making 15 bite size macarons. It's an easy care pan, and doesn't bend in the oven even if it's made of thin non-stick steel. The rim is bent down, so the pan is raised and doesn't touch the oven rack directly. There is less risk of them burning underneath. There is no room for my fingers on each side to get it out of the oven, I just left one empty spot on each side of the pan and made only 14 macarons, then I was able to take it off the oven easily. I hope this helps you.
