Ordered this for mugs to save cabinet space and it's pretty useful! I wish it had vertical hangers but since it didnt, I had to attach/screw it into the wall in other ways. I also added hot glue to the ends of the hangers since it felt a bit precarious otherwise, since the mugs can be slippery on the wood hangers. Overall super useful and pretty cute too

Used picture hangers to hang this. It is perfect to organize the mugs. One star off because the ball-like ends of the stems need to be a little bigger, more pronounced, to keep the mugs from sliding off. If your wall isn't perfectly straight, or if you might brush against this, it will tend to drop cups. We love it though.
