this product works but it is SO hard to get these set up! Wish they were a bit longer or set up in a way that made the set-up easier

Make sure you install them correctly or they will break when tightened. I did lose ONE that way but it was my fault. Otherwise, the wires were the perfect replacement for the original and certainly far less expensive than replacing the entire cheese cutting board.
