Sometimes you would just like to scoop something out of the skillet and know exactly how much you're scooping into your kids bowl or whatever, and with these that is possible. They fit nicely in your hand, they are durable, and how convenient it is not to have to have a deep measuring cup. That is hard to scrape everything out of! I love these. I wish I had known before that they even existed because I would've owned them years ago.
