Mission: Formed in July 2007 as a result of the sale of Foundations Behavioral Health, Foundations Community Partnership is a private, grant-making foundation supporting the behavioral health and human service needs of children, young adults, and families in Bucks County, Pa. We strive to establish collaborative partnerships linking public agencies, non-profit organizations, businesses and educational institutions, as well as children, young adults and their families within our community.
Results: Over 700 grants awarded, totaling more than $6.5 million, since 2007; recognized with Guidestar's Seal of Transparency
