Mission: The mission of Food & Friends is to foster a community caring for men, women, and children living with HIV/AIDS, cancer, and other life-challenging illnesses by preparing and delivering specialized meals and groceries in conjunction with nutrition counseling.
Programs: 1.Freshly-Prepared Meals service provides the equivalent of lunch, dinner, and a light breakfast. Meals are delivered Monday through Saturday by volunteers.
2.Groceries-to-Go provides the equivalent of three meals per day for seven days, delivered once a week.
3.Nutrition Education & Support Project provides disease specific nutritional counseling and guidance to clients, their families and caregivers, etc.
