Mission: To help homeless families with children achieve and maintain permanent housing
Programs: The census of families served in each of our 4 major programs in 2017 were: 24 families in rotation, 19 in temporary housing, 29 in program 515 and more than 90 families through the graduate supports program, which is designed to directly address recidivism rates. 54 non-duplicated families were served in 2017, and 35% of families served participated in more than one of our major programs. Those 54 non-duplicated families were comprised of 175 individuals. 66% of those served were children, 49% of those served were children under the age of 5.86% of the families who graduate into housing remain housed after a 2 year tracking period. Throughout 2017, more than 12,500 meals were served and 11,432 bed nights of shelter were provided.
